Send personal invitation to target delegates through emails as well as on phone
Guide people to register online
Scheduling email marketing campaigns every week
Identify media partners and agree on batter agreements where we promote the media partners on our website and visa versa.
Liaison with our website developer to make any required changes on the website (for example adding new speaker photos, adding new content)
Coordinate with the your manager to report on activities performed during the day.
Share any useful feedback received from the target attendees about the event with the manage
Website designing and adobe illustrator knowledge will be a plus
Good written English and eye for detail is must
