Job Description

Being an head of ETP, candidate must be able to accomplish below mentioned responsibilities in general but not limited to below:
 

Monitoring of complete ETP activities as per SOP.

Liaison with pollution control board to ensure compliance of all regulations,norms & standards.

All the developmental activities to enhance the capacity of existing system.

Coordination & review meeting for daily progress with the work force.

Daily meeting with the management to review ETP progress.

Monitoring of contractors working at ETP and coordination with contractors. Complete utilization of equipments & manpower.

Management of raw effluents handling. Planning of equipments requirement with effectiveness. Planning of new plantation of greenery maintenance in factory premises.

Weekly meeting with the chemist to review the plant activities. Planning of developmental activities to optimize the system efficiency. Maint. Of all relevant records.

Compliance of complete industrial safety norms & pollution control board norms.

Monthly reports to management.

Closest achievement of PCB norms of treated water & maximum generation of gas.

Monitoring of land application of treated water & agricultural development activities.

Communication of management plans, Policies and Instructions to the Staff.

Ensure safety at work place & safe work practices.
