Achieve targets for tractor sales for area under control Ensure each TE has a set of at least three operative dealerships Review and recommend shortlisted parties after initial discussion for dealership appointment Monitorlead generation as per target plan on daily basis for all TEs. Plan and Report collection Achievement every day against daily target as decided at beginning of month Identify training needs of sales and dealer staff and conduct/arrange appropriate training sessions to address the same Plan and execute dealership resource development to ensure smooth business operations
