Job Description

Being a sectional head of production for a process plant (LG, HMS, Maltadextrin, Rice dryer, DOC etc), candidate must be able to accomplish below mentioned responsibilities in general but not limited to below:
 

Monitoring and manage to ensure targeted production per day and monthly targets.

Manpower allocation & managing the manpower on all sections of process plant (LG, HMS, Maltadextrin, Rice dryer, DOC etc)

Reviewing the process performance of on all sections of process. Controlling of operating parameters.

Monitoring that the produce is meeting the required quality parameters.

Co- coordinating for supply of raw material in all sections.

Co-coordinating with utilities & maintenance department for ongoing maintenance task. Plan for monthly shut down tasks for maintenance.

Co – coordination for sales of LG, HMS & Malt dextrin to customers.

Ensure production as per customer requirement.

Ensure 100% capacity utilization. Continues suggestions & improvements in plant.

Monthly reports to management.

To ensure smooth functioning of the plant Communication of management plans, policies & instructions to all subordinates.

Ensure maintaining of all requirements related to ISO quality management & environment standards.

Ensure maintaining safe work practices.
